
Toby Fyfe
Toby Fyfe is editor-in-chief of the magazine Canadian Government Executive. He has an MA in Communication from the University of Ottawa, where he is an Adjunct Professor.
After working for the CBC where he produced radio programs such as The House and Cross Country Checkup, he became Director of Communications for Consumer and Corporate Affairs Canada. From 1997 to 99 he led the communications La Releve renewal initiative at PCO.
He has led policy and operational organizations in both central and line departments of the Government of Canada. At TBS he was responsible for the Alternative Service Delivery Policy and represented Canada at an OECD Public Management (PUMA) Experts Panel looking at agency creation.
He is a member of the Research Committee of the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) and is currently working as a consultant with the RCMP on an organizational change management initiative.
