Bio
Adam Stoehr, BBA, NQI CEP® is currently Vice President, Educational Services at the National Quality Institute. He joined NQI in 1999. Adam has overall responsibiity for NQI educational services, including the development and deployment of NQI training and NQI’s Leadership Excellence Program (NQI LEP®). He is one of NQI’s primary trainers and leads process improvement, organizational assessment, quality management, and process mapping training across Canada. Adam developed NQI’s very popular ‘Introduction to Process Mapping’, ‘Desired State Process Mapping’, and ‘All about Excellence’ training courses.
Adam leads many organizational assessments using NQI’s Frameworks for Organizational Excellence & Healthy Workplace®. He is the author of NQI’s research comparing the stock performance of organizations that have won CAE Awards with popular composite indices. (published annually 2002-2008)
He attended Wilfrid Laurier University and earned his Bachelors Degree with Honours in Business Administration, then completed a postgraduate certificate in Adult Training and Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto (OISE) and is currently completing his MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto
