Speakers: Dan Corbett, President & CEO of the National Quality Institute (NQI).
Dan was appointed as President of the National Quality Institute in September 1999. As President, his mandate is to raise the awareness of the strategic value that the Canadian Quality Criteria has on organizational excellence and competitiveness.
Prior to joining NQI, Dan was President and CEO of St. Lawrence College. Dan was key to the introduction of Total Quality Management and the registration of the college’s quality system to the ISO 9001 standard and in so doing, was able to optimize the deployment of scarce resources while improving performance.
