This area of the website is devoted to information developed by CPSEN Directors and made available for posting to this site. Implicit in the postings will be that prior author approval has been received if the documents are made available by Directors but authored by someone else. Such items as CPSQA – and now CPSEN briefings, papers, etc., will be posted here for information as part of the CPSEN knowledge base.

Ottawa, 2010-05-13: CPSQA Chair, John Thomas, made a presentation to the NQI President’s Excellence Advisory Council for the NCR (PEAC-NCR) entitled “Managing Workload to Reduce Stress and Increase Productivity”. This was an introduction to a series of presentations to be made to CPSQA’s NCR Chapter beginning in September, 2010. The presentation is an attachment to this page.
