The Ottawa Public Sector Quality Fair Committee is pleased to welcome Supporters to our 2013 event. We are hoping you will indicate your interest in being a Supporter for next year’s event. The sooner you sign up, the sooner we will be able to display your name and provide a link to your website. Those wishing to add their support to this event are invited to contact our Webmaster to reserve your place. As the number of spaces are limited, please be sure to contact us soon. All Supporters will be named on our website – on this page, with links to your website – and in our program the day of the “Fair”. In addition, all Supporters who so wish are invited to bring with them a trade show booth of standard size. Stand-up displays also can be accommodated if a full-size booth is not the preference. It is anticipated that an 8′ x 6′ space with a table and chair along with electric power will be available for each Supporter wishing to bring a display. Supporters should note that our policy is to consider Supporter representatives onsite to be registrants for the purpose of attending all “Fair” activities. Indeed, our Registration process has been designed with that in mind, with the issue of name tags that will permit entry for all “Fair” activities. Supporters will be welcome to sit in to listen to keynote(s), panel discussions, Professional Development sessions, all breaks and the midday lunch and Award ceremony. The Supporter groups and the benefits associated with each group are noted on our Supporters Packages table (please note HST is not included). Please also note that some benefits can be tailored, for example to accommodate your own marketing materials. Another option for Supporters is to invite a Supporter to underwrite the cost of a particular activity such as continental breakfast, health breaks (2) and our buffet lunch.
