Project Management for Organizations in Transition – Change is constant and organizations in transition can be easily derailed. Learn what project and change management tools are being used to plan and execute successfully under these conditions.
The Project Management Centre of Excellence within the Modernization Division, HROntario (a NQI Level 2 organization) mandate is to build project and transformation management capacity. In support of this there consulting services are provided including, strategic planning, project and change management and organizational excellence. The session will highlight the frameworks and tools that were developed to support the business transformation journey.
Bio
Susan M. Ksiezopolski, PMP is currently the Acting Director of the Project Management Centre of Excellence (PMCoE), Modernization Division, HROntario within the Ministry of Government Services. PMCoE is a corporate centre of excellence providing project management standards, training and support across the Ontario Public Service. Susan joined the OPS after graduating from Ryerson in 1982. She has a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University School of Business, is a PMI certified Project Management Professional and also teaches project management to Queens University Master in Public Administration students.
