The Afternoon Panel discussion will allow attendees to hear from highly distinguished guests on how their organizations have successfully engaged employees and created workplace cultures where such important elements such as customer service satisfaction, employee engagement and employee development are contributing to the effectiveness of these organizations as well as contributing to the provision of excellence service to the public.
