Location: NCR – Marriage Preparation Room, Ontario Provincial Court Building
Subject: “Using client surveys to improve services to clients“
Presentation: Not available at this time.
Speaker: Bonni Hrycyk, Executive Director of Polar Continental Shelf Project (Polar Shelf), Natural Resources Canada.
The presentation showed how the Polar Continental Shelf Project (PCSP) developed in its use of client surverys from “one-off” surveys – 2 or 3 – in the late 80s and early 1990s, to doing regular (every 2 years) surveys – with some repeat questions and some new elements in each – starting in 1996. Follow up surveys were conducted in 1998, 2000 and most recently 2002. PCSP developed its own survey before being introduced to the Common Measurement Tool, but with the help of Dr. Larry Taylor, it has finessed its survey to ensure that it is in line with the CMT.
