To steal another book title, Paul talked about everything that you wanted to know, but were afraid to ask about Communities of Practice. Attendees were able to find out what is a Community of Practice, how do they function, things to consider when trying to set one up and why should they care about the concept. Paul was talking about the forms of knowledge, how knowledge is transferred and what are the principles of knowledge management. Hel also provided examples of functioning Communities.
