In 2009, a project was launched to develop/update Roles and Responsibilities for key volunteers responsible for administering the Canadian Public Sector Quality Association. As the expansion initiative proceeded, it was realized that roles and responsibilities had to be in place for both the newly constituted National Board of Directors and for the Chapter Executives.
Accordingly, key R&R documents have been prepared as follows:
a) National Board of Directors; and
b). Chapter Executive Committees.
It is anticipated that these documents will be reviewed on a regular basis and that feedback will be sought from Nation and Executive Committee Directors.
